The seller and pre-launch status
Pampering Pooches is preparing to operate under an Australian registered business name associated with an existing sole-trader ABN. The confirmed seller name, ABN and appropriate service contact details will be published before orders are accepted.
The catalogue is currently for development and supplier assessment. Products, AUD retail prices and representative images are provisional. Checkout is disabled; adding items to the development bag does not place an order or create a contract of sale.
Products, descriptions and prices
Final descriptions, specifications, suitability, included kit components and availability will be confirmed before sale. Representative images do not establish materials, certifications or kit contents. Australian ownership does not mean that every product is Australian-made.
Before orders open, prices, applicable tax treatment and additional delivery charges will be clearly stated. We will not treat provisional development prices as confirmed sale offers.
Orders and payment
The order-acceptance process, supported payment methods and the point at which a sale contract is formed will be confirmed before checkout is enabled. Any inability to supply or material order issue will be communicated and resolved in accordance with applicable law.
Customer-account functionality may be introduced through Shopify. Account requirements and privacy information will be explained when enabled; no account service is currently available.
Delivery and supplier-direct fulfilment
Delivery will be governed by the confirmed Shipping & Delivery Policy. Orders may be dispatched from multiple Australian fulfilment locations, including directly by approved suppliers, and may arrive in separate parcels. No supplier relationship or dispatch estimate is currently confirmed.
Pampering Pooches remains responsible for customer support and its obligations as the seller. Fulfilment arrangements do not remove your consumer rights.
Consumer guarantees, returns and cancellations
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. No blanket limitation of liability applies to those rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods and statutory remedies are separate from voluntary change-of-mind returns. Refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy. Commercial return conditions and cancellation terms remain pending and will be disclosed before purchase.
Questions and updates
These terms will be finalised before orders open. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing sale. Confirmed customer-service details will be available on the Contact Us page.
