Australian domestic delivery
Our intended launch service is Australian domestic delivery. Available destinations, any postcode restrictions and delivery options will be confirmed before orders open. We are not currently accepting orders or promising international delivery.
Where orders may be dispatched from
Pampering Pooches may work with approved Australian wholesale and supplier-direct fulfilment partners. Products may be dispatched directly to you from different Australian locations. This is a planned fulfilment model, not a claim that suppliers have already been appointed or that all stock is held in our own warehouse.
Pampering Pooches will remain your point of contact for order support, delivery enquiries and applicable consumer remedies.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges and any free-shipping threshold remain unconfirmed. Applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you commit to a purchase. No free-shipping offer applies to the development catalogue.
Handling, dispatch and delivery estimates
Handling and dispatch estimates will be set for the confirmed product and fulfilment location. Delivery estimates will be shown separately where available and may depend on your destination and carrier. No unconfirmed timeframe is promised.
If an order is delayed or a parcel appears lost, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. This policy does not exclude any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Split shipments and tracking
Items in one order may be dispatched separately when fulfilled from different locations. Confirmed shipment information and available tracking will be communicated through order notifications. Tracking notification arrangements and any effect on shipping charges will be finalised before launch.
Please check your delivery details before placing an order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Address-change and delivery-exception procedures will be confirmed with the fulfilment arrangements.
